Ordered the open box (excellent) chromebook and received it in a different box that wasn’t the original or even a laptop box. It also didn’t come with the manual or other paperwork so I was a little disappointed because it didn’t come as it said it would and I could have paid for the open box (satisfactory) chromebook instead. I understand open box, but I still like to receive all materials when I buy things. Well it looks ok and was packaged to keep it protected, so Hopefully it works well with no problems. I’ll see in a few days.

Bought my personal Chromebook after using one during school shutdown. As someone who didn't like working on a laptop this is so easy to use and will do everything I need and I love it!

These Chromebooks out lasted Virtual students and are still going strong. They get a great workout from my students. Overall, I love them.

Great machine! Bought this for my daughter who now due to the pandemic has to be home school. Very nice body. Runs smooth and fast. Would suggest this for anybody with younger children.

Excellent for seniors. Can be used for social media and simple business. Recommend use a printer with a cord to connect to chromebook for printing

I Love my Chromebook, it works great for what I use it for. The display colors are vivid. And the device is pretty simple to use for someone that is not very computer savvy.

So far sooo good!! Needed in a pinch for my son and easy for my 10 yrs to install and transfer accounts to the new chrome book

Bought this chromebook for my kids to do their virtual learning school work on. This chromebook is just like the ones they use at school so they already know what they need to do.

One thing I will say, when you do 1 day shipping on Friday expecting it to be here on Saturday (since mail services do run on Saturday) prepare to be disappointed. I had to wait an entire weekend and even let support know there was a reason I ordered 1 day shipping since I would not be home on Monday. Support esured me it would be there Sunday. Mail does not get delivered on Sunday. Thank god no one stole my package on Monday because it had to sit outside till tuesday. Actual Chromebook is what it is. Not fancy but gets job done. Just go pick it up to save 4 days.

This was a purchase for my nephew in high school, he says it does its job and he has only one complain, which is to have more gigabites storage

I use my Chromebook not only for personal use, but for my work as an elementary school teacher. Whether we go back to class or online instruction, this Chromebook makes my job easier.

Bought 2 of these for my kids online school. One has worked perfectly fine no issues and works great. The other the screen went black and wouldn’t charge or anything. It was sent to HP for repairs it took about 3 weeks till I got it back and it’s working now just having some internet connection issues. I would buy them for kids only for those basic school things not recommend for work.

Since our children have came to online learning at times I decided to purchase each their own chromebooks. I purchased 2 from best buy and I'm very pleased to say they are great!

Super portable and sleek color. I couldn't get used to the screen ratio and the brightness was too dim for my eyes, but would be perfect for a kid!

This computer is just what I needed. Its simple to use and doesnt have a bunch of stuff I dont need. I use it for college classes and its got everything I need.

Needed an inexpensive laptop for virtual 1st grader. Works great a little less extras on it that I would have liked but for the price it does the job.
