Light and fast. Compared to its predecessor I find the HP quite light. The boot time is instantaneous and the number of maximum tabs that can work is also increased from the earlier generation of chromebooks. Battery life is yet to be tested fully but looks promising.

Bought this for my kid he is in the 1st grade. When vivid happened we needed something for him to do at home but still have a learning program. This was perfect size for him to carry around. Fast and officiant. No complains

Needed to look for a new laptop to replace my sons 5 year old windows lap top. This is a great school chrome book for what it’s needed and works great for the price of only $149. Very easy to set up. Would recommend for grade school kids. My son uses for his online distancing learning.

Exactly what I needed for my young kids to do online learning. It’s reliable and easy to use. The only downside is the unusual charger connection, but the long battery life helps avoid to much trouble from having to find a specific cable. Over all I’m very happy with this chromebook.

This Chromebook was bought for my grandsons to use for their school work. It set up very easily, and it is working just fine for them. It's a good, inexpensive laptop that should provide them with a couple years of service.

It’s a little different from what I was used to but I am happy with my choice. It seems durable and has a great battery life. I had to get it for Grad school as our other computer was about to die. This is a perfect replacement! I do wish I went a little bigger but I wanted to keep cost down.

We bought this for our five-year-old for Christmas. It’s been a perfect first computer for him! He uses it for his ZOOM stuff, ABC mouse, email etc. its lightweight with a good battery life. Has easy to use parental controls through google, if you want to set up with those

at first i was skeptical about this laptop because i wanted a big laptop. but this laptop is perfect! Not to big and not to small! If you need a laptop for school or work, definitely recommend this laptop! It charges SUPER fast and lasts long. Has app store to download things! Love it!

It is the right size, light and compact. It was just what I needed to do my church and everyday work. I am still learning how to work it. I would reckoned this for all seniors and students. My grandchildren use these at school.

Purchased to replace a windows 10 which ran very slow on our tin can and string internet connection. This chromebook ran much faster from the get go and has maintained speed ever since. While it's not a pixelbook it did meet expectations at a fair price.

Picked this up for my kid’s school since everyone is being a wimp about “the virus.” Solid construction and works fast. The screen is less desirable but gets the job done. Very basic machine. Is perfect for web based applications and elementary school work.

It’s a reliable laptop. I’ve purchased several. The keys are large and comfortable to touch; the camera always works; and I love the small yet broad screen. I can fit this laptop in a purse. This is the best economical choice for my teenage child.

It's not the fastest and it's not the prettiest but what it does have is reliability, ease of use and the controls for kids with family link are phenomenal. If you want a computer that you can manage for your kids safety this will definitely be it.

My students are using Chromebooks at school and I wanted my own personal one for home. We have another HP laptop which we really like, so I stayed with the same brand. Easy to set up and use. Long lasting battery. Lightweight and easily portable.

I wanted a laptop that was light and portable to take on the go. Battery life is great and the apps that I needed are available on the App Store. I am happy I purchased this device. I added a micro sd card for added storage.

I bought this for my 10 year old for his birthday so he just opened it today 7/9 but he loves it so far he's already downloaded tons of apps on it and he can call me and video chat me through his gmail using hangouts and google duo without him having a phone number and me paying a bill...the only thing I'm confused about is the virus protection they offered for free with the chromebook it says it's not compatible with the device so I guess thank goodness it was free...I might purchase a second one for my oldest son as well but I'll see how this one holds up first

I was in need of a laptop that was light and easy to fit in my tote while out and traveling on planes. I’m not a gamer or video editor. I do basic computer things such as surf the internet, Microsoft products, emails, etc. this laptop is perfect for my needs.

Item is very lightweight and very easy to use. No issues setting it up, hooking up to wifi, downloading apps, or anything. My second grader uses this for distance learning, and she was able to quickly pick up on how to use it. Great item!

good Chromebook for my kids' study at home. During this pandemic time, everything gets difficult for my kids. I looked around for their remote study, and this Chromebook is ideal for them. Small but fast enough for the class. The decent price is another bonus!

Bought this for one of my daughters to use for online school this year. It is the exact same one they use in school. So far we have had no issues with connectivity. Lightweight and convenient to take anywhere with us. It is pretty basic but does the job!
