good laptop for the low price, but it does not have touch screen and struggles to run more than 3 chrome tabs at once with such low memory, would probably work for kids to just watch YouTube on.

The two days I went in to inquire my search for chromebooks, I was amazed. I have never felt no stress in making a purchase. From Gerard at the door to the geek squad but to the young man in that department. They were so helpful and made my process in this purchase so great!

A kid's school computer, nothing to be sneezed at these days, but not much more than that. Does basic things competently and is fairly rugged for the money. Fine for running Google Classroom etc. No delete key. HOW can anyone use a computer with no delete key?

I have 2 HP laptops and they are great computers. I had to get another one for my kids for distance learning and this chromebook seems to be working out just fine. Chrome book is what all the schools in the area are using so I figured I’d get the same thing to make learning easier for my children.

I purchased the HP Chromebook for my 13 yr. old grand-daughter so she wouldn’t have to borrow my laptop ! After e-learning they were given projects to do over the summer & have ready for the beginning of next school year. (Whenever that will happen). She loves it! I haven’t heard any complaints.

I finally got my chrome book going. My niece helped me. And I got my Wi-Fi going. I've only started using my chrome book yesterday. I like it so far, but I'm still trying to figure out how to open my e-mail, or g-mail. I'll keep trying. Thanks, Mike Jimenez

You can't go wrong with a solid manufacturer like HP and a seasoned OS from Google. A good purchase for a student or anyone looking for average use of a very portable laptop. Would definitely buy again if anyone in our family needs another.

We bought the HP Chromebook for a nephew who needed some help in school. It's a great tool for him to use for homework. It also provides us with a way to control his screen time and prevent him from "accidentally" accessing websites he shouldn't visit.

This is was my mother in law birthday present! She loves it! Its a good device to web browse and to watch streaming services like netflix and hulu and disney plus!!!! She uses YouTube a lot so this was perfect for her!

Haven't really given it TOO Much of a workout - but for checking emails - getting online and browsing - SO far so good - Going to hook some more apps and see if I can add a bit more memory to it - but you can't beat the price I got it for

Truly love my HP chromebook. I had an older IPad which was not updated to do a lot of necessary things that I needed to do. Mainly my Zoom meetings that have now become so prominent. This laptop provides me this opportunity and many others. It is very sleek looking.

We purchased two of these Chromebooks for our kids for Christmas. They have been asking for Chromebooks for a while and could not pass up early black Friday deal. I can't wait until they open these up for Christmas.

Great basic Chromebook. We got it on sale for a good price. We use it for paying our bills online, for e-mails and for general surfing. It would be a great system for school or for travel.

I bought 2 for my daughters. One did not work due to a hardware issue. The store was out of stock but they could ship one to my house. Best Buy took care of it and sent me a replacement in time for my kids to start school. I am very happy with the purchase and customer service.

I originally purchase one as a gift for a school age family member. Since the device was so affordable, I wasn’t expecting such a well built device. THis turned out to be a great purchase and I ended up buying a second one as a gift for someone else.

I love the chromebook but it's more or less of a big phone rather than a laptop. It doesn't run basic programs but was incredibly compatible with my phone & pretty easy to use. Sound quality was decent & the camera was decent as well.

Was a great purchase other than was told when i bought them it came with webroot and that was true but was not true was that they didn’t say you could not use webroot on that type of computer so it was a sucker you in and then a disappointment

I am enjoying my new chrome book I can use it for simple needs such a looking up recipes and paying bills The screen is too small for anything else If you need for work or school buy a bigger screen Otherwise I love it

The shipping arrived before than the time given by the app, which in change makes it better as a consumer. The only thing I had trouble was tracking down the shipment, since it’s not very clear where the package is at the moment.

was happy to have this until i found out i couldnt play my minecraft on here. i can to zoom and google duo. was looking to play the same file i have on my other computer to this one. other than that its a pretty good one for streaming movies.
