Got this for my daughter for school... since it’s now online. Starts up quick and seems to work great. Haven’t done much else on it yet so not sure how it’ll do with games or anything else, but it’s working for the reason we got it.

Took me awhile to figure out how a Chrome Laptop I have windows Laptop. I purchased this for my Granddaughters for Christmas it was hard to get use to that Apps shortcuts is on Toolbar I’m use to it be on the screen.

Quality could be a lot better. It’s very blurry and pixelated. It does have pretty good speed though. Perfect for younger kids.

Works perfectly for my son when he is a remote learner. It’s the same chrome book as some of the school issued ones. Definitely don’t expect iPad quality on the videos, camera or WiFi speeds, but for a fraction of the cost, it’s well worth it.

Light weight, east to carry. Not very strong CPU or spacy RAM, but does email, text work, browsing with no problem. Value is very good given the price. Quality is OK, probably not as good as say Lenovo but can't complaint given the price.

Very nice small size laptop. The HP 11" laptop seemed like a good quality and nice looking laptop. Price was very reasonable also, but after using ipad I wanted something similar, so I bought a chromebook instead over the 11" HP laptop.

I purchased this because of the versitility of charging over USB-C instead a proprietary charger. A good value for what you get, although a bigger touchpad would be helpful. It has stood up well for 4 months of virtual Pre-K with a 5 year old.

Works great for my kids zoom meetings. My only complaint is that Zoom tends to cause the processor to overwork and the videos are fuzzy. Not sure if there's a fix for this or not.

We bought this little chromebook for our teenager to take back and forth to school. It’s a bit basic to look at and it’s not a touch screen but it does what they need it to do.

This was exactly what I needed. I bought this chrome book for my daughter to take online classes and it has worked perfectly. I would suggest a wireless mouse as the touchpad can be a bit aggravating to use.

This is my first chromebook. For the price, it seems fine. The keyboard is oddly placed, but I use the device primarily for streaming. I haven't had the need to test the battery life yet.

If you want to just use them for a quick check of your emails, is great and all but the screen broke when my son just opened the laptop.

Good laptop for the money -- easy setup and works solid. However, be sure to check it before leaving the store if you buy it in store, as the first one I purchased wouldn't power on. There was a defect with the charging jack in the computer itself.

I’m new to laptops. I didn’t realize the difference between chrome book and regular windows laptops. Big difference. I had to return it. Nothing wrong with it, just my amateur knowledge of chrome books. Lesson learned.

I will not be making any purchases from Best Buy after this. I bought this Chromebook after reading multiple 5 star reviews. I received this laptop and used it less than 8 times before I was unable to turn it on unless it was plugged into the charger. Today I went to turn it on with the charger per usual and nothing no blue light and no luck after attempting multiple hard resets with help through HP tech support. I attempted to get a replacement through Best Buy but because I had no insurance on it they were unable to do anything. I bought this Chromebook 08/06/2020 and am writing this review 09/15/2020. HP has been very helpful though. Now I will need to send in my laptop to have HP repair it and I'm hoping I will have it returned before my online classes start. So I guess if you choose to purchase anything from Best Buy, always pay extra for insurance or you'll be out of luck otherwise.

Hp chrome book it’s a very simple and useful machine. That you can practically take everywhere and do almost anything that a full laptop can do. It’s very lightweight and fast ideal for homework or entertainment.

Outstanding product. Very pleased. Saved a few bucks with Black Friday so that makes it even better. Of course have to wait a few months to see how well it holds up but I dont anticipate any issues.

Schools going virtual for this pandemic and this was the perfect purchase from Best Buy for my niece and her schooling, I chose HP for reasons of their quality workmanship in the products they produce, Best Buy is my electronics store.

It's okay, I bought this for my child as his first laptop and it was on sale. The picture is kind of dim. Works well.

So far it’s good. Mainly being used to login for public middle school google meets. Screen is small. I should have invested one with a larger screen. At this price point, all is great. Zoom doesn’t work on this device
