I am very Satisfied with my Chromebook! The sales girl was able to answer my questions and help me make a decision on whether I wanted a lap top or Chromebook. I Love my Chromebook!

Service was great. Computer was too small and the keyboard was too dark. Customer service was great. I have already received my refund. Can't be beat.

Was looking for something small and easy to use, ok so far.Screen is very sensitive when viewing, angle has to be just right.Bought mouse because i'm not use to the touchpad, good idea.

Since so many of us began working from home. My wife needed a small (non-mac) device to take on the road when ready. It works well for her and she's very happy. Remember, Happy-Wife, happy life!

Thus chromebook repkaced my original one. The only thing I do not like is that it is not touch screen. But I was lucky to get this one because stock was limited because of virtusl schooling.

Gift for our daughter - she has used it to message friends and family members, research for school projects and watch videos (YouTube, Netflix etc).

My father-in-law needed a no frills laptop for simple things. Mainly internet access, printing out forms and word processing. It has fulfilled his needs and he is happy with his purchase.

I purchased this as a gift for my nephew. He’s 11 so this meets his needs. Also it’s easy for him to navigate. It’s affordable so if he breaks it, I won’t feel bad about replacing it.

This is great for strictly surfing the internet and such. If I need a WORD or Excel equivalent, I just use Google Sheets and Docs.

Only had it a few days now and so far so good. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is that it moves slow when I’m in my website creator. Other than that it’s super fast overall!

Does most everything my old Chromebook did but some of the sites load & look different! And by different I mean worse! Sad that the old one has aged out, Progress!!!

You get what you pay for! It’s cheap so it doesn’t have the best features but it is an hp and reliable. Okay for school.

Other than packaging I would have thought I bought a new computer. No scratches or dings my daughter loves it!! I bought refurbished for her for school replaced an old chrome book

Took a little research to get started, doesn't come with any directions and as an older person with limited tech knowledge could have used some. Still probably have more to learn but enjoying so far.

Excellent computer if you like to do basic stuff. I got this for a friend who isn’t too comfortable with tech and I have an apple m1 Mac and I’m slightly jealous I paid so much!

my wife got this for school, this was what was suggested by the employee without having to spend over $1,000 on a laptop. it works fine for what she needs it for.

Great quality, great price! I just needed it for basic things, checking email, searching the internet, uploading photos and videos from my devices. It's worked perfectly!

I find this chromebook excellent for my grand daughter. So far everything she needs. The only problem, free security offered with it, can't be downloaded.

I like the size of this computer. Not too small, not too big. Have had no issues with it so far. The screen is not as clear as I would have liked but it's nothing I felt I couldn't deal it.

Excellent quality for my 7 year old. The tech who helped me was not pushy and very knowledgeable. Also, I got them in sale. Which is always a bonus! I would definitely recommend.
