Broke after 46 days

When I called Best Buy for a return they said it was out of the return date and I had to contact the manufacturer. Been on hold for way too long.

Lsted 11 Months.

Was a great little computer for my 10 year old daughter. Only issue it died on July, 26, 2021. Thought it may be the power cord so we ordered a replacement power cord but no luck. Power light will not come on when we try to charge it. I understand it’s a $120 special BUT should have lasted more than 11 months. Very dissapointed in this product

do no buy chromebook

There is no desktop or anthing. If you used to use regular notebook DO NOT BUY. I wish I opened box before return date so I could have returned. Now I have useless notebook.

White flashing line on the screen

Also , Chromebook doesn't have shortcut for play/pause video. It doesn't have the "drag the timeline" fast forward function. User has to manually double click right or left side of the screen to fast forward 10 seconds. No backward delete button is rather annoying too.

Selling Defective Chrombook
