Nice Chromebook. Does what I need it to do. It is smaller than I thought. My fault for not reading the dimensions. I would definitely buy another one if necessary.

When I told her that I had the agreement on my phone and showed it to her, I was still charged the entire price instead of the amount that I was supposed to pay for down payment. Item was great for what I needed it for. Battery life and screen display was average but overall it was a great purchase.

I've had multiple issues about a month into (which means I'm past the return poilcy stage). 1. There are green dots and lines on most videos and photos I view. I don't know how to deal with this, but I read online that it may be a graphics card issue. Very distracting 2. The right side speaker on the bottom has started "buzzing", and the sound is no longer crisp. It's incredibly annoying and does it for almost audio that plays. I dont bother playing music anymore on this device. 3. This happens at least once a day although usually multiple times a day. When I try and play a video from various sites, my computer will just freeze. I will try and move the pointer with my mousepad, but it wont move. I'm stuck just starting at a screen for around 2 minutes until it starts working again. I had a similar priced chrombook from a different company and that was perfect until I dropped it. And I'm sure this one is just defective and that the product itself is great, but wanted to share my honestly. I'm honestly thinking about rather than going through the process of having this one repaired it just might be better to buy a higher quality one rather than deal with these issues.

Great product, just not what I needed. This is a chrome book and it is not compatible with other products.
