This item was really great in some ways: compact and affordable with all the bells and whistles of a good Chromebook. The size is great for portability. It's about the size of an iPad, so easily portable. The charger cable nonetheless was really bulky, so it takes up lots of space. The real drawback for me was the keyboard. I tend to move my device around a lot. I couldn't pick up the device by the keyboard, since it's floppy. And if I picked up the device by the screen, then the keyboard would drop off. So I needed to pick up the unit with 2 hands, one on the keyboard and the other on the screen. After a week of forgetting to do this, I decided to return the device and get one that has a solid keyboard attached.

Works great! Very satisfied with tablet and pen and keyboard.

Great except…. Microsoft app isn’t comparable. So if you are a google docs user and not a word user this is the device for you, I am able to use my Microsoft 365 subscription to work on Microsoft docs online.

Really like the laptop. This was a gift for my sister who needed something to work on and take with her if needed. The only issue i have is that it doesnt pair with our printer so she can not print the docs she needs.

This did not work for us as we really needed more of a laptop. If you use google drive a lot, this could be a great & affordable option.

It's really a hard device to recommend. As a power user of ChromeOS, I want a device that is responsive and also light weight. I though this would be it, but the weak CPU cannot even handle annotate two PDF files simultaneously. On the contrary, the HP 14C chromebook I bought last year chugs through everything I threw at it because it has a Core i3 CPU. If this comes with a more powerful CPU, it won't have to be on sale all the time - it can sell itself because the other parts of the hardware is just beautiful and high quality.
