    cartridge was never delivered even though it was promised. I called in December and they said they would credit my account which they never did. This is not the only bad experience I have had in December and January. I have spent thousands of dollars in 2023 and 2022. Your new geek squad system SUCKS. I don't think I will ever buy again from Best Buy

    It says high yield up to 2500 copies yet it only gave me 1200 copies that only included typing. HP is ripping off the consumer with false claims.
