This chromebook meets my needs. At this point I have no complaints. I decided on this because my husband got one at Christmas and we were happy with it. It was priced well so that helps with the great rating. I like the touch of the keyboard. The salesman was great.

Love it!!! This is the second Chromebook I've owned. The first one was a few years ago. It was a cheaper version and while it worked fine for a while, some of the keys quit working eventually and overall, it was pretty shoddy. This one seems much more well-made.

so far I like it im still trying to get used to the system it uses. I had a tablet with an android based system and this is different also the keyboard does not detach like my old one did which makes it a little heavier than I like. price was ok for the value.

I have been extremely pleased with my recent Chromebook purchase. The associate who assisted me with this transaction was very knowledgeable about this product, as well as other choices that I might have made. I would recommend Best Buy if you are looking for a Chromebook or any PC.

Good but could be better. Daughter uses at school and sometimes the unit will not turn on which is not great, especially when we have only had it for less than 1 year. Hope it lasts!

This is our 2nd purchase, first one was in December, due to a mishap I damaged the screen , my son first year in high school and you had the option to purchase a chormebook through the school , we opted to purchase our own but the school ordered the same make model brand

It's very convenient for all users! You can easily accomplish anything that I would do on a desk top! Thin and easy to take anywhere

A year later and this is a purchase I am regretting. The processor stinks, this thing is awfully slow. I'm in the process of upskilling in my career and I can't watch a video and take notes at the same time. Typing is delayed tremendously when watching a video, after an hour videos even start lagging. I've cleared out so much data on a consistent basis and the computer is still slow as molasses.

It’s very bright and a perfect side. The only thing is that the letters on keyboard are too light. Takes a little time to know how it works but once you know it, it’s better

I am a 3rd grade teacher and I needed a computer for school because the one provided was very old, bulky and heavy. I am loving this computer so far and I would definitely recommend.

I love this Chromebook. I give it only a 4 out of 5 stars because the screen freezes on a fairly regular basis. Everything else is great.

I ended up with chrome not windows unable to get technical help thru geek squad say they’ll call back never do wait time more than three hours. Not happy just trying to get security downloaded!
