Good computer,have been using it for web searching and checking emails, Fast internet connection and the display for watching videos is good. Well built computer.

This chromebook is able to handle most daily tasks without a problem but sound quality of the stereo speakers is bad. Very tinny and doft sound quality.

Great for the kids. I love the fact it’s foldable. Graphics and camera aren’t the best. But definitely more than enough for the kiddos

Bought for school and I have been absolutely loving it. I almost didn't get it because I really did not want another chromebook and while it has limited me on a couple things it has not been a problem.

I bought this to replace an Acer Chromebook that has reached its end-of-updates lifespan. I picked it out online without seeing it in person and I'm disapointed in the narrow viewing angle on the touchscreen; it has to be angled just right or the colors looked washed-out and blurry. Is that because it's a touchscreen? I could do without that feature; it is too heavy to fold back and use as a tablet, IMHO. Otherwise, it works and feels sturdy enough.

Good starter for general use first time laptop .If you never had a laptop and unfamiliar with the sleek feel of the keyboard compared to a desktop computer this is a good transition before you make the change.

I have not used the Chromebook much. I plan on getting training through the Geek Squad to better use the item.

Purchased for a senior planning to continue their education this fall at college (undecided). They have only used school issued chrome books so this will be a nice laptop to start with.

Bought this for my daughter starting High School. She is really enjoying it, and it has been a great laptop so far! Also BestBuy was great with assisting us on choosing the perfect computer.

Daughter needed it for an online class. Its screen is not the best, but its 14" with touch. Budget power, but can run Play Store games and apps too.

We bought the Chomebook instead of a laptop and once you figure out the button configuration it works very well for what our needs are

Purchased this to replace my laptop. Setup was easy and it loaded all my shortcuts to the new laptop. Keys are bigger than my other laptop. Love it!!

It was so simple and easy. I am 100% pleased with the whole experience. I ordered one day and got it the next. Best way to buy what you need when you can’t afford to buy out right.

Its great. Not very techy savy but works great for what i need it for. Just everyday web surfing. Only thing is that it wont allow to download amazon app.

Works well. Very good specs for this price point. Chromebooks are very easy to transfer from previous device.

Replaced an older laptop and I am pleased so far. I did add a mouse just because I like the way they scroll.

Kai was extremely helpful in explaining the work to be done when I dropped off my truck for service. He was able to trouble shoot, identify, and restore sound to door speakers.

Got for my 92 year old mom, who had trouble using small keyboards on her phone and tablet. Now she can surf the Web, read about family on FaceBook, watch YouTube videos, etc.
