    Slow and constant battery issues. HP has worked on it twice under warranty and still has issues. I bought this while on sale and still not worth it.

    Device does not have window or any other system. Unable to use for every day work. Also I bought a new computer but got an open box. This is very unscrupulous for a business to do to their customers.
