Won’t turn on power light keeps blinking white. I charged it charge light is white which means it’s fully charged still won’t turn on.

I can't even use this as a backup. While using Google Meet, using background blur would slow down the system. If I had another tab open, would slow down the system. Meet would freeze up, I'd lose WiFi connection and have to shut down the entire computer before it would run again. I had to use my phone for meetings which had a more stable connection than this thing. When it would sit idle and screen lock, I would not be able to enter the password and would have to shut down the computer and reboot. There was a lot of rebooting. This would probably be good only for online shopping. I will be returning.

I traced it to the Play Store. When launching the store, CPU would be 100%, network download speed would drop below 1Mb/s. I Reset to factory and tried again. Same problem. I returned it for a refund. While at the store I checked the display model and the display model did the exact same thing. I checked another manufacturer at the store and it worked as expected. Something seems wrong with these HPs

It ended up shutting down and stop working. Since I purchase the computer I've had issues with this device.
