I needed this light laptop for travel. I still have to get used to the keyboard, which is somewhat different, but I think it will work well for keeping up with emails, posting to FB and backing up photos from the camera disk when I'm traveling. It had a slight glitch in the search capacity, but the Geek Squad cleared it up.

I love this laptop! Has been great with my conversion from Mac. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a brand new laptop.

Works great for day to day usage. However, every few weeks, it won't power on. I looked it up and appears to be a common problem with this model.

I really love it. However I am noticing it is running significantly hotter than my previous two (non HP) lower-end Chromebook. This, in turn, has caused a decrease in battery life during a days work . I also have been troubleshooting an essential app use for work frequently crashing. At least daily... Sometimes up to 10 x per day. I am aware that this could be user error, or problems within the app, rather than a problem related to this power packed Chromebook. It hasn't turned me away yet. Im too intrigued and already somewhat "attached" to ....me and my Android phone's little side kick.

Excellent chromebook. Great for daily use. Good wifi and bluetooth.

I have put this through its paces for 3 weeks now and it delivers on all fronts. Sturdy metal case, Wifi-6 truly is much faster. The finger sensor is a nice touch instead of having to type a login in all the time! The 250 Nits screen appears brighter than other 250's, particularly with text against white background. I like that the lighted keyboard only illuminates after you touch keys,, thereby extending battery life.

Lightning fast, great screen, premium build. I bought it for my mom, she loves it!

Got this for my son and he was able to use it right out of the box. Easy to setup. Powerful enough for what he needs to use it for.

Fantastic for day to day use. Internet browsing and media consuming work beautifully and are streamlined. Wouldn't recommend for complex or extensive tasks

This is my first Chromebook and I couldn't be happier. The speed at which it starts up is outstanding, There is a slight learning curve coming from using a Windows based system, but it is not hard at all. Really just a few differences in how you do certain tasks. I have been using this device for about 2 months now since my last Windows laptop died on me, and I haven't regretted it all. I am very impressed not only with how well it works, but also with how much I was able to save.

This is everything I want in a laptop. Fast, right ram and storage, and I watch movies on it too, with no buffering. Good for school, very good for entertainment. Very nice.

Keyboard is comfortable, larger screen than most chromebooks and battery lasts surprisingly long for its small battery size

Very easy to set up. Replaced a Dell Latitude which I had to turn in when I retired, This is much better.
