    It's a quick Chromebook with a nicer than average screen. The only real complaint is how difficult it is to open. The hinge is far too tight and there isn't a very large area to grip it. I bought this for my older mom and she's really struggled with it.

    I needed a new Chromebook because my current one hit end of life and ran across this in the store while waiting for my wifes iphone screen repair. I compared it against other available Chromebooks. The hardware, casing, keys, screen looked and felt better than all others. Typically, I couldn't care less, but it felt solid. I launched several apps and they did so with speed. Compared to other Chromebooks around, it was so much faster. On top of that, Best Buy was having a 3 day sale and this model was marked down by $250. I ended up buying it for $450, in store and have been nothing but satisfied. I enabled Linux, created a simple debian VM, installed VSCode and came to the realization that I can now easily work from my couch.
