    We went in to buy a Surface Pro like the one I have for my mom and the salesperson that assisted us directed us instead to this Chromebook. His demonstration made it look very easy to use in the store, but once we got it home neither of us could operate it. It sits in her closet still unused.

    This chromebook does its job. It's not going to blow you away with speed. I find myself having to refresh webpages that don't load correctly. I decided to upgrade from the samsung chromebook pro from a few years ago. More screen real estate and the speakers are great because they are forward facing. I don't need it to do too much. Good enough.
