Have to use basic computer commands

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to buy one asap at the time because my at least 4 years old hp pavilion was already needing a new battery and i needed a laptop for some work related, urgent tasks and requirements . I thought this would be a relatively similar replacement but it was frustrating for simple things like it didn't have a full keyboard - no "prt sc" which i often use. It is a pc for the student who is learning or has just learned basic computer commands which the user of this laptop would have to recall to be able to do tasks. I am too old to have to go back to that. When I tried to save some stuff, the only option that comes up is 'download'. I don't have time nor the inclination to study this laptop, so, back to the store it went. I appreciate Best Buy for standing by their products and making returns no longer frustrating as the items that are returned. I am now still using my old hp and still shopping here for a worthy replacement. It is really hard because you read negative reviews but they matter as much if not more than the positive ones as the reviewers took time to warn us. On the upside. The battery life is excellent.
