This is a beautiful machine but too weighty for me.

Workst and fake products. I had multiple experiences. Thought they will improve.. but no chance.. never ever buy even a pin here in Best buy

Failed once and now it cost $250 to fix a broken screen. Waste.

the screen is dull but clear and easy to see indoors, but the real problem is with the battery. it is the worst battery life i have had with a Chromebook and this my third. does not last longer than a couple hours and also gets very hot.

This was not compatible with Windows. My son could not access his PowerPoint that he needed for college.

I did not like that the screen was very dark. I liked everything else, but that screen was a deal breaker for me.

Needed to replace an HP chromebook purchased 2 years ago that had a cracked screen. Was relieved that I could replace it with the next model and not have to spend a bunch of time reviewing other chromebooks to get the right one. Well, 2 chromebooks later I am thoroughly disappointed and returning this. Both have had issues with the battery not charging or staying charged. Sad because I really liked this one. Going with a different brand. HP you disappointed me.

Not a good buy, cant use my tax program, now i can't return it. Don't buy if you plan on downloading anything!

Disappointed. Display is only 250 nits and I was unable to work by the pool. Text seems to be a bit out of focused unless you go dark mode which you have to set on chrome://flags. After a Chrome OS update, my cursor just jumped randomly all over the screen. I give kudos to Best Buy for great customer service and this review is for the product.

It was a decent computer, screen shattered within a month and not sure why…..not able to be used now

Battery problem. I purchased it Aug and battery dead by October. They can't fix it in store so they have to send it to manufacturer. Very disappointed with HP. I think this is on going issue with this model coz now I checked all reviews and this is not the only one with battery problem.

I purchased this product November of last year. At this point i am having problems with it freezing up or sticking. I am having to shutdown and restart to get itto work. Planning on going back to the store for help. Maybe looking for a different brand.

Its a tablet with the physical appearance of a laptop.

When it worked it was great. The keyboard keys b and n suddenly stopped working and even though I purchased this product in January of 22, my warranty conveniently expired in November. I am frustrated.

At first, I thought this would be the perfect replacement for my very old Samsung Pro, especially with the awesome Black Friday deal! However, after getting it home, doing two updates, and getting everything set up, fully charged, etc. I'm seeing battery times at 98% charged (with one video playing) at 2 hours and 40 minutes. Even just turned on, no Bluetooth, 100% charged, nothing playing it said 4:15 MAX. Nope. Not acceptable for a $700 "premium" Chromebook! I will be returning and hopefully exchanging for one that isn't a lemon!? Hopefully, it's just a lemon! I will update this review if Best Buy can remedy this battery issue. If they did, it would certainly be a premium machine!

Too small for me. No better operation than the lesser expensive acer or asus.
