Its ok. Nothong special. Wish the interface was a bit easier

Good for school but cant play certain games. One game is rolblox .

Purchased this for our in home school days due to the pandemic. Immediately proved itself incapable of doing even the slightest. Meaning that every time we opened the internet it would crash and tell us google chrome needed to be re downloaded. This happened every time we need to open the internet !!!! Very frustrating.

Stopped workjng before had it for 2 months. Took to Best Buy and they wouldnt do anything to fix it without buying their plan. They dont stand by their hirrible products.

This HP chrome book stopped working less than a month after purchase. It has a warranty but be shipped to HP for repair. It’s been s ask most two weeks since it broke and a week since we shipped it back and HP has not received it. What a joke. Bought it for my son for school and good thing we still have his ACER chrome book we purchased in 2020 because he is using it as backup.

Bought brand new. Battery died and would not charge after 30 days. Of course, the #BestBuy return policy is 15 days, then you're on your own. #HP

In short: fantastic Chromebook regardless of the price. My only complaints: - Wish it was thinner - It runs much hotter than expected, fan is not noisy but I can hear it. - Difficult to open with just one hand. The specs are great and the build quality of the computer is decent, although I wish it was thinner. The screen is more than acceptable even outside although obviously it is much better indoors. The keyboard and trackpad are great, comparable to a MacBook keyboard/trackpad. If you want a Chromebook and dont want to spend MacBook prices this is your best choice.

(please ignore any typos, i didn't proof read) This is my school laptop, meaning I was using this laptop essentially 10-14 hours a day, year-round. I'm writing this review on it. Now I love my laptop, when it works. Its fast, the keys are wonderful and the battery is psychotic. I've had it for about 16 months and it has a few downfalls. Ones that are forcing me to buy a new device. It freezes terribly at this point for a long time, this device was freezing after 2 minutes of use causing me to have to shut it down and restart it. I had to powerwash it which is incredibly annoying. Now it works fine but if I step away from it and stop using it consistently for 5 minutes (literally), it will freeze and I'm forced to restart the device. There was also a time where it wouldn't turn on for a day and a half. For about a year this device will work fine and then like many chromebooks, will start to freeze up. Would I buy it again? No, the cons simply outweigh the pros. But I think it's a wonderful laptop for those that won't be using their device all day, this isn't a work or school laptop but if that isn't you, this is a good laptop to consider.

Had to return purchase. Will not download my work assignments and website.

I really enjoyed this laptop. It was great for doing my school work, and very compact, making it easy to travel with! I love the touchscreen and that I can fold the screen

DO NOT believe them that Office can run on them. It cannot run OUTLOOK. The other office applications only online. So, please please check the specs about it. They are not clear about them. I hope BEST BUY could do something with suppliers that mislead their customers.

This computer was really hard to work with. The internet was very spotty and it would take 10 minutes to reconnect. The inbuilt mouse didn't work correctly and it was hard to connect the laptop to an external monitor

Mouse pad gets stuck when im trying to click on the mouse

I ordered the open box in excellent condition and it's not even in fair conditions. Scratches and marks all over the chromebook. Dent on the front panel as well. Never buy again

Most complicated printer ever. Does not let me add my printer, does not connect to my Cricut app which is what I use it for . I’m not impressed

BestBuy sold me a broken laptop. This is a piece of garbage that does NOT work. Does not even turn on.
