Sales rep did not go over anything with me and now I have a printer and laptop that are not compatible as far as scanning

Not a good Chromebook.. Stopped charging after two weeks. No assistance offered by Best Buy to help fix/resolve the issue. Was only advised pass the return period… Now working with HP to try and resolve this defective chrome book issue.

Really pretty color. Did not keep due to being a chromebook and needed something a bit more powerful

I ended up buying a better laptop in less than 12 months after owning this one. Too slow. Doesn't manage multiple tasks or tabs very well. Not good for even simple Google Play games. Sometimes freezes if too many tabs open. Constant software updates that require a reboot.

Overall it works pretty good just a bit different to navigate and get used to

I bought this for my college bound daughter. We have had it less than a month and it will not turn on anymore. The power button just blinks and nothing else.

I returned the laptop which came with a free gift! That was a 3 month subscription to some security protection company to digital download via email Sent from Best Buy! Return the laptop I was told I owed $14.99, “For What” I said. The Gift I didn’t even want in the first place! I didn’t even open, use or install it on the laptop. Forced me to buy it so I could get my New Laptop I have to have for my college class that started in 45mins. Spent over $1,000 there in 6months and that how I got treated. I told that employee I’m never shopping at Best Buy again because there’s plenty of other Companies to shop at with the same stuff.

Do not purchase. Item was defective after a month I purchased. I also got store credit instead of getting my money back. I paid money for an item was went of service after a month of purchase. However, I strongly believe BB should have given me my cash back instead of the store credit. I am not a happy consumer

Cannot connect to my wifi. No one can solve this problem

so slow. overheats after 10 minutes. quality sucks.

3 days after purchasing computer, it would not power on! It seemed like it was a refurbished computer based on the packaging. I had ordered a new one so not sure what happened.

Night the computer for my daughter to use for school. The computer stopped working after 3 weeks.

Wasn’t told the the laptop would get hot so quick consideration it wasn’t the most expensive one I could get but didn’t receive that information

It wont let us set it up, geek squad couldnt either, best buy wouldnt exchsnge it, said call H P, Never buy from best buy again.

Worst computer I have ever bought. Use it lightly and twice now have to take it back because it won’t turn on

Once I realized that a chrome book isn’t a laptop and saw that I couldn’t put Microsoft Edge on it, back to the store it went.

This is my first Chromebook and my first HP laptop. I have prior experience using Windows, IOS, and Linux. Overall, I am impressed with both the Chromebook OS and this HP laptop for the purpose in which I purchased this device. The Laptop The laptop build quality was much better than I expected. It feels sturdy and the keyboard and touch pad have a nice feel. I really like the spruce blue color. The screen quality is very good and has vivid brightness levels. Performance is good. Overall, there is more than enough processing power for browsing but keep in mind, this is not a gaming laptop. The only minor issue I have encountered is the speaker quality and volume levels could be a little better. Chrome OS If you spend most of your time in a web browser, the Chrome OS is a good choice. If you don't mind using Google Docs, Google Sheets and the other Google office software then Chrome OS will serve you well. I am a MS 365 user and discovered that I can only use the web versions of Word and Excel. I have also learned that some of the Android apps on the Google Play store will not run on a Chromebook. Summary I purchased this as my "couch browser" and it is working well for that purpose. I needed a slightly larger screen than my iPad due to my diminishing eyesight and the larger screen is working better for me at an economical price. I wouldn't use this as a primary business laptop or gaming device.

Perfect for what I needed. I would recommend and price is affordable.
