Great laptop for my kiddo. Easy to set up and use.

I am sure Best Buy tries to get information correct on all the items they carry - but again on this chromebook, the specs are incorrect. The screen is not FHD 1080P, but rather 768. And I am sure it is a TN screen - if viewing angle is move a few degrees, the screen washes out. I did not complete setup due to this and will return. However, the overall construction looked quite good.

Few challenging things since owning this(bought about 7 months ago). The screen goes black and needs reset. 2x this has happened. 1st time there was no issues. 2nd time, it locked me out of my account and required my OLD password after it accepted my current password. It didnt let me sync anything without my old password and lost everything from my google/Microsoft account since i started using this laptop. Just because i couldn't remember my old password from before i even used this laptop. Totally disappointed with that. Ive been using HP products for years and this is the 1st time ive had this issue.

Good for the school use. It can be completely folded for the tablet mode that helps in reading and annotating. It would have been better if it comes with the stylus pen, otherwise it's really worth to buy this.

Life changing when it comes to cleaning hardwood, tile & vinyl flooring. I have all 3. It cleans great. I'm glad I went with the plugged version over the cordless since it only says it's good for 20 min. Bottom line, I'm very satisified with this product.

I love my chrome book. It displays images with the color the object is supposed have vividly. The apps display as if they’re on my phone. I would like to see these as large as the screen. I would recommend this chrome book to anyone wanting internet access .

Fantastic laptop, Chrome OS works fantastic! I’d recommend opting for the version that allows you to see quality at any angle, this is the only flaw I found in this chromebook overall solid buy

Great computor.....but im no computor whiz at all....im a simple tablet user.....would i recommend this to a friend?.....i say no only cuz im computor illiterate.....so my recommendation would be flawed

I received this quicker than expected. Ordering was easy online. It works very well. The inline site was very helpful. Let me compare products. Asked me questions to help me get the product that was right for me. Awesome experience.

Got it for flexible work and access for customers without giving them access to our primary systems. I have a few preferences that I would like to use, but the Guest setup is awesome. I would highly recommend.

This computer is perfect for an email and browsing computer. I just wanted something basic, inexpensive and dependable. HP has always been a solid choice!

Its a good little machine for doing office type stuff. If you want processing power for games or something like that then not the computer you want.

My granddaughter needed a Chromebook for her new school. This one fitted her requirements perfectly and should take through graduation.

Perfect size laptop with great speed and battery life for the price. Will definitely recommend this.
