TLDR: sturdy, can't download some programs due to chromeOS, low ram so zoom didn't work super well, otherwise reliable for accessing the internet. Chromebook worked great for my first two years of college. Display is clear and bright, sound is loud enough for what I need it to do. At some point in my summer 2021 semester, the display wouldn't turn on when I opened the laptop. The sound would work, but I would see nothing on the screen. This only happened sometimes, and I could sometimes get it to turn on by holding the power + refresh button or lightly hitting the base of the laptop. For $200, it got the job done for two years. Another thing to note is that chromebooks only allow you access to chromeOS. A program I needed for school couldn't be downloaded onto chromeOS, so take that into consideration. Also, Zoom didn't work well due to the low RAM. I mostly used my chromebook for acessesing google docs to write papers and take notes in class, but if you need more than that, you might want to consider another laptop.

Easy to use and battery life is amazing. very light to pack and carry on while traveling.

I looked all over and could not beat the deal that Best Buy had on the HP Chrome Book. Very easy set-up and was up and running with all my google items moved over in less than 10 minutes. Very strong case and construction, works well in my vehicle.

We purchased this Chromebook for ease of use and lack of problems. We mainly surf the web a bit and send e-mails. This fits the bill for that in a big way. Didn't want the hassle any longer from hard wear and soft wear issues. It takes a bit of getting use to with the new functions, but we love it.

We bought this for our kids to use for schoolwork for their online learning and so far it has been perfect! They use Chromebooks at school so it's as easy as signing in and all their work is right in front of them! I am so glad we chose this Chromebook and the kids are too!!

I actually purchased this Chromebook to replace on I have had since 2014 which still works well. I was issued at work and I will be retiring in a few months. Decided to purchase one to use for travel once I have all this time on hand. Tis has several upgrades over the 2014 verson including more memory and it holds a longer charge and has more wireless features. I would recommend it to anyone who wants excellent quality at a lower price.

I purchased this Crome book for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. She was able to use it for her at home class assignments during our covid-19 pandemic. The Crome book is user friendly and reliable. I would definitely purchase this product again if I needed too..

This chromebook is exactly what I was looking for. The Google expert in-store was very helpful. I only had a couple of questions, but he answered them fully. A great alternative for the shopper on a budget who doesn't need a full-on laptop.

So far a great device for the money. Good battery and performance. Nice keyboard and screen.
