Awesome chromebook for the price!

The Google expert in-store was very helpful. I only had a couple of questions, but he answered them fully. A great alternative for the shopper on a budget who doesn't need a full-on laptop.

It's okay for light tasks.

The screen is not the best and sometimes it takes a little bit for a website to load, but overall I'm happy with the purchase. This is the first Chromebook I've ever used and got it on sale for $119.

Great for E Learning during COVID-19

It is a very fast computer with no issues of having or getting viruses “the computer kind”. Also it has allowed my high schooler an excellent tool going forward if the outbreak continues into the next year. I would definitely recommend this HP for others.

Good beginner's laptop

Some internet glitches (screen lockups) but possibly attributed to school system being overloaded. Otherwise, a great value and quality product. I have other HP computers and they are solid devices.

It is just like what they use at school so very easy for her to navigate plus all the perks it came with including webeoot software and protection of the geek squad! So EASY to use!!!

It is much more efficient than a tablet, and carries a charge for hours on end! The USB ports are great for going from the chrome book to the PC. Why didn't I buy this sooner???

The simplification is making her much happier. Everything that she likes with none of the hassle.
