He has found it user friendly and suits his needs. It is the first chromebook we have had and is good for basic use.

She loves how light and trim it is and by adding the additional memory she won't need to upgrade for years to come. Having said that I could be wrong as you know how teenagers are enthralled with media today.

Very easy to use and great battery life.

It has been good and works with Zoom/Microsoft Teams and general browsing. The battery life has been good. The screen resolution is not great (so not great for online streaming) and there is no touch screen (expected that for the price). The front camera is just fine, but works for online school.

And the price was right.

Perfect for Samsung Galaxy users

It does what I need as far as surfing the web and paying bills. One of the best features is if you are a Samsung Galaxy phone user and put your gmail account for the sign in, it will take all of your saved passwords and websites over to your chromebook which was the best feature for me!

Best Buy’s customer service at the store near me was great during COVID-19. They replaced the one I bought online because that had a faulty shift key. Got the new one for the same price I paid initially and received it in less than a week!
