I purchased the computer for my son as a gift mainly for gaming and graphic designs. Everything downloaded/updated easily. So far, I have not had any problems with it. Definitely worth the money!

It was easy to order, shipped quickly and the perfect first experience for my 7 year old grandson to stay connected to his schooling and teachers during this pandemic. It's been a lifesaver!

The computer works great does just what it should and what they ( Best Buy ) said it would do . I still haven't come up with an adaptor to connect to my smart TV .

For emails and simple web browsing, the A4 processor will be more than powerful enough. Solid construction and long battery lifetime. Purchased on sale for ~130. Very good value at this point.

I purchased this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas this past year. She loves it. It’s easy to use. She does her schoolwork on it.

Got an HP chrome book, haven’t had it for long but so far has been a great laptop. No complaints, operates and runs smooth, had everything I need in a laptop!

These chrome books have met the needs of my two school aged children. They have been useful for school work and for play. The value was right.

Recently purchased this laptop for my nine year old son, who’s in the 4th grade. This is the computer he uses at school, in computer lab. I thought it would be a no brained to purchase since he’s been home from school during this quarantine. It’s one of the best purchase I’ve made at Best Buy. He loves it, it’s as if he were still in school. He does all his class work without any problems at all. Can’t go wrong the the price either.

It replaced a 4yo Chromebook that failed. It's four years better and handles the normal web surfing and video interfaces like YouTube and Zoom very well, great laptop for the money.

We purchased this for our child to use at school. This is the perfect chromebook for that use. It really isn't comparable to an actual windows computer at all though.
