My only issue wass a dedfective power supply. When I called for a replacement I was told there were no replacement machines or power cords. I ended up accepting a discount and ordering a replacement power supply from Amazon. Your help desk person was fine - but the need for me to find my own solution is not acceptable.

This Chromebook is the perfect size for doing many things with it. Very nice keyboard, and screen. Would buy again!

Over all I'm happy with this chromebook for what I paid. The screen is a little washed out but not terribly bad. It does seem a little slower then my old HP book which was six years old , but that one is no longer getting updates. I do like the Apps on Google play have been expanded with more variety. The sound on this is better then my old which had speakers on the bottom. If this last as long as the old one I will be happy.

Bought for my daughter for graduation....under $200 bucks! I've used it a few times for various reasons and I love it and so does she!

Works the way we expected it to, very easy to learn to use and so far- very reliable.

I looked at a half dozen Chromebooks. For the price and function, this one was my choice. I felt that the micro SD slot would make up for the small storage … in case I needed it. Most other choices did not have a micro slot. Some had regular size SD card slots, which stick out too far. So far, so good. I got one for a family member, tooo.

I thought spending more on a name brand product did not work out too well. Unfortunately I’m sure this was an isolated incident, but the computer not hold charge and would constantly turn back on. Also the operating system reset every time and not save your information. I returned it to BB a few days later and they returned it with no problem. Thanks Best Buy for backing your product

My daughter loved it. It was perfect for her online school work and other uses.

Love it, it's easy to navigate, easy to operate and a whole lot better than using my cellphone
