It is super simple to use. Love that it is Google based. Battery life seems to last a long time, even if it gets left on and goes in to sleep mode.

We got this hp chrome for our son and it does its job, so far no issues. My son really loves it for school work. For the price it’s great.

For general browsing and word processing, this HP is sufficient. I never had an issue with too many tabs slowing things down. However, there are two glaring issues. One, the screen is just terrible in almost ANY light. I'm not talking about outdoors in direct sunlight, I'm talking in a dimmed room with indirect lamp light. It is not powerful enough to run some streaming video sites/apps and even some Google apps will not run (Duo).

It was easy to set up and use. It is light and easy to carry from one place to another

Bought this laptop for my daughter birthday. She absolutely loves it, set up was easy, very lightweight and easy to download apps and games.

It serves basic purposes. The laptop is large with a large screen and the Google chrome icons display large on the screen. It serves the purpose well enough to get through schooling. I bought this for my middle schooler who has also become familiar with sticky keys which is important. Sticky keys show there is more than one way to get the job done. So in turn I'm learning as well because I've become dependent on all the bells and whistles.

Purchased this for my 90 year old dad who hasn’t used a laptop yet. He found it very easy to use, and loves the size of the screen.

Works very well and was exactly what we needed for virtual schooling. No complaints. Seems quick enough and haven’t had any issues.

I was aware before purchasing this that Chromebooks do not operate using the same programs, nor can they utilize similar programs the way a Windows laptop does. I realize this makes it faster and it will be fine for classwork. I had not realized every time I searched for even online exterior programs for music and photos and such even when something said "compatible" with this device apps and programs often do not work as they are said to or not at all. I am getting used to it and know I will be connecting exterior memory storage to help keep files and maybe run more programs, but I am not sure yet what extra things this will allow me to run. The price was very reasonable and the basic performance is nice. It is almost impossible to retrieve music from google play music if you wish to transfer to a player of your choice and some players do not work as they promise. Play Music player seems to covet the songs one pays for as if they are only on lone and not available for autonomous use like other products one spends money to use. I like my music available when and where I wish to put it after spending money on it. (Apple iTunes rather does the same thing). I will make it work for University purposes and perhaps purchase another fully functioning laptop later

I brought this laptop because one of the floor reps which was a geek squad employee recommended it. It’s affordable and If you don’t want to worry about virus’s, this is the computer for you. I’m not use to Chromebooks but I do like it so far.

The Chromebook works for what I need it to do. It has good battery life and it's pretty fast. Also the screen is pretty good as well.

THE SIZE IS GREAT, THE SPEED IS BETTER THAN EXPECTED, WOULD HAVE LIKED THE KEYS BACK LITE.

We replaced our 8 year old windows laptop with this HP chromebook. After looking at a few models in the store my wife was happy with the feel of the keyboard, and the screen resolution. The battery last a long time, it charges quick, and with CORVID-19 closing school, my son is able to use this for class work and video chat with teachers and friends. I almost purchased a second one because it is a very nice computer.

Simple to setup, easy to work with, fast and nice performance

I love this chrome book! I use it for nursing school. It is extremely fast, and very simple to use. Everything can be backed up on your iCloud.
