J I t works fine, happy it didn’t take long to receive item.

I can't stay logged in to Zoom not even for an hour, starts making breaking noise. I thought it is my internet connection, tried on other devices, worked fine. Only when logged in this Chromebook, the connection starts breaking up, sound and something camera. So I am not impressed

Not able to standard Microsoft applications. Must use Chrome Applications.

I got this for an older family member. For the price it is pretty good.

It’s a very simple computer for basic use, but overall great.

This is a great laptop for people like myself that are a bit out of the loop and less than "proficient" with windows 10. Having said that, if you are going back to school (College), they will NOT accept tests taken with a chromebook. That was the end of that!

Died after 17 months. Only used it for "internet surfing" didn't even attempt to run other program because I didn't think it could handle it. So pretty disappointing. BUT it was only about $100 bucks so you be the judge...good deal or not?

This Chrome book is terrible. Freezes all the time and keys stick. I have called 3 times and I have had to erase all apps and work to try and correct the problem. Still is terrible! Would not recommend

I cannot use your Chromebook. Very unhappy with my device. The screen broke withing a week. And your store does not have a walking basis... I tried to make an appointment with my phone and I could not ???

The chromebook is ok, but I should have bought a new laptop.

Would like to return them now that the stores are open they were getting laptops for games and some programs they can not use on a HP I guess nothing personal with the computer they just have no use to us

I bought two of these HP Chromebooks for my kids' online school work- one works beautifully and the other has a defective webcam that was super cloudy/grainy and had to be returned. Hopefully it was a one-off issue but disappointed in my experience.

I understand that it’s an inexpensive computer but it’s honestly a terrible computer.... the touch pad stopped working like 1 week in.... it kept on freezing..... terrible computer.

Not sure if the device is dead or just a bad power supply but either way we now have the hassle of a nonworking machine just 32 days after purchase:( For the price point this hassle makes the cheap price not worth it

Screen had a weird white hue on it. It was difficult to see no matter what angle I put it at. I tried to adjust it with no improvement. I also wasn't happy with the screen size, but that's my fault. Returned it and will look for something else.

Worked well in the beginning. Fast. Efficient. THEN the keyboard just stopped working. Very disappointing as this Chromebook is less than a year old.

This laptop has a lot of Lagging and frozen screens. This makes it difficult to participate and switch between screens during class. I purchased 1 for each of my 3 children. You can imagine my frustration.

I have not been able to get live human support for a security installation issue from the store, their tech support, the manufacturer, or the security company. Feeling lost, unsupported and disappointed.
