This is an average chromebook and has limited functions. After a little over a year it does not work anymore. Will not be purchasing another one.

I really enjoyed this chrome book and the price was just right however I had multiple issues with the touchpad/mouse.

I bought this Chrome book for my daughter to do her schoolwork on. It only work for a month then the screen went black. I give it a thumbs down.

If it had arrived on time it would have saved me money and aggravation.I had to buy a second one at Bestbuy for full price despite explaining to the manager my problem.Not the way to treat customers

Worked for almost a year...then just stopped working. I'm starting to wonder if that's normal, I've had previously owned another HP and it did the same thing.

Hated it for home use. Probably is fine for those who just want to do browsing, but I hated it for home office stuff. Returned it and paid a little more for a traditional laptop

I purchased two units to help my kids manage their remote school activities for this school year. Sadly, CPU utilization spikes to unusable levels when they try to join classes with Zoom. Audio rarely works but never works with video active. There are no other applications running so this load should not be a burden to the machine. Total waste.

Don't waste your money on this. Its an oversized version of a cellphone. It came with a non-working usb port. I purchased it specifically for running zoom meetings. The sound was terrible. It made a quirky weird noise that the zoom guests could not stand to hear me speak. It doesn't come with the standard MS Office - so you don't have anything to create documents - not easily. My organization returned it. If you have any kind of serious business you want to use it for - forget about it.

I bought this laptop for my son who is in high school. He immediately opened it up and started the device, but it couldn't open any websites. We would type in a web address and it would change screens and just "think" forever. We called customer service who ran us through some problem solving procedures with no solutions. We are going to ship ours back to HP so it can get fixed by the technician and hopefully all will be well. I'm hoping that this device was just a lemon and I plan to update my review if it gets fixed. (21DEC2019)

Bad product Best Buy sold a brand new product with no operating system. I had to return it for another one. No operating system on device.

Didn't even have this chromebook a month and it stopped turning on.. really disappointed....

Bought it for my father and it randomly died during the day, was perfectly fine and now will not charge or turn on.

I bought 2 of these and one is slower than the other. Neither one works quite as well as I expected. First time chrome book user.

I purchased 2 HP Chromebook Laptops as Christmas gifts. They only lasted a few months! I could not get a refund because I did not pay extra for the extended warranty.

When it arrived it was defected and the screen didn’t turned on . Sent it back and it took 3 weeks for a refund but

For the price it’s good if you’re going to take online classes. But without it having the ability to just print without going through way too many obstacles, having no actual drivers (or ones you can download) to me it’s just a tablet with a keyboard... would not buy again.

Typical of ALL consumer HP products these days, this Chromebook was garbage. Screen resolution, speed, and keyboard were okay, but the crappy device lasted exactly 9 months, and HP wouldn't provide warranty repairs. Shame on HP for trashing our planet and filling landfills with our hard earned money! NEVER buy HP - They are a company at the end of their lifecycle.. Just like their consumer products, they will end up in a landfill soon.

I should have figured this was a poor purchase when it only had a 14 day return policy. The only reason this was purchased was to print small reports. I doesn't have the drivers installed or downloadable for this operation. Chromebook is inexpensive but you get what you pay fore

Had a lot of problems with glitching and my daughter couldn’t participate the first day of school because of it. Had to return it.
