Felt like It would be easy to break. Returned to store a day after purchase.

Poorly built laptop. Definitely not made for multiple functions like using the internet while on a Zoom video call due to the cheap processor. Get the HP Chromebook x360 instead if you plan on using it for school work.

This is the worst computer to buy. You cannot customize the features. The scrollbar auto hides and you cannot change it. It is basically an over sized cellphone. this it horrible do not waste your money on this thing. It is so bad that I am selling this piece of crap.

Chromebook is not getting charged. even tried after completely shutdown the machine. Hope it is an issue with Power adaptor came with the chromebook, tried to reach out to HP, but didn't receive any response. don't want to spend much time on it, so just returned it

THIS LAPTOP SUCKS!!! It literally overheats within 30 min of being on it and when I tried taking it to Geek squad to get repaired I was told that there is nothing there can do because it doesnt have a fan to cool off

I bought this computer for my 5 year old for his online schooling. The computer is so slow internally, that it can’t keep up with his online zoom class. It’s junk if you need it for school.

We had to end up returning this due to an ongoing issue with Chromebook that when you use the WiFi it not only kicks you off internet but it kicks whole house off. Did extensive research and realized it’s a known problem that no one really has solution for.

I was looking for a pc with windows, and was shown one in the store, When they brought it out of the stock supply, I bought it. Got it home and while setting up, saw it was not windows. So, I had to go back and exchange.

This computer died shortly after it was set up. I returned it and the replacement shipped to me died within minutes after setup.

I do Not like the Google operating system - I returned this laptop and purchased an HP - now Happy/

Great value! Save some cake and buy this if basic surfing and low intensity apps are how you roll.

The computer malfunctioning 3 days after Christmas. Our daughter was devastated Santa gave her a broken laptop.

For future reference if I can not pick item up at store I will opt not to have it delivered to my residence.

For the first was okey. About 20days later. Start problem. Power on and off by itself. Sometime on. Other time off. So I decide to return. To buy better quality and better brand.

Just not a place oeuvre I would purchase again. Sales associate sold it off as a great product. Should not have purchased. I want to return it. Need management approval.
