I wanted a laptop not a giant app generator. This could be useful for other people, however for me as a student, it was dreadful.

I have had this laptop for less than 30 days and I am unable to use the purchased Microsoft package products, word, office 365, excel, etc. I am very disappointed

Several hours in. Does play War Robots(really well), will not play ark.(ark mobile is very demanding, requires Vulcan?) MY problems with this machine is Chrome OS not the hardware. This is my first Chrome Machine. (takes getting used to) The hardware is excellent. This AMD setup beats INTEL at this price point. Do not buy the Chromebook on sale with the (Celeron N3060. 8/2/19) I have issues with the mouse disconnecting during game. I think this is due to the mouse engaging the task bar. This is not Hp's fault it is Chrome OS. PDA net does work. Am online with my phone. You may not like the screen if your expecting ultra HD glossy. It's not the best screen. This is one way they cut corners to give you the $200 price point. But i don't want glossy, I can use this in my car during the daytime and not have to worry about glare. The system is passively cooled. no vents. (guessing most chromebooks are this way cuz theyre not that demanding)but the chipset doesn't get hot. Although I always use a fan stand anyways. Once the warranty expires I will probably drill a couple holes for good measure. Cause that's how I roll.

Bought July 2020, March 2022 DEAD! Will not turn on and it's plugged in. Constantly turns off, it's just junk!

The laptop got messed up less than a year later neither HP nor Best Buy attempted to fix the issue.

This was like having a phone with a keyboard. I couldn’t download necessary products to complete my job. It stopped working, and I returned it.

Scanning should be a simple process I called technician when I first got the chrome book 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone time to bring it back and I did

My daughter say it does nothing . She had to basically build it herself. IDK, that’s her thoughts. For me a waste of my hard earned cash

The worst computer I've ever had. For anything other than browsing the internet, it's so glitchy that it's useless.

We purchased the computer for my son to do his school work and nothing more. Have just 3months, the computer stopped coming on.

Chrome book will not work. It was given as a Christmas gift.
