This has been helpful with the home schooling access and they have a larger screen than my own laptop.

Works well. Functions like a tablet. Wish it had a CD drive for gaming and videos.

The Best chromebook int the game! And the best thing of all is that it has HDMI input.

I like this computer alot. I owned an Acer Chrome with I1 processer. I really like that computer. But I had it for a while, (three years) after a while it had some issues. I needed a new laptop. This computer is very efficicient. It has an A4 which is I've been told comparable to an I3. This is definitely an upgrade for me. It is very remarkably fast, in fact much faster then my Acer. I am very happy with this purchase.

Not a big chromebook fan in general. It gets pretty hot, screen quality isn’t all that great but it does the trick and the price is ok.

Great for a basic stuff. Would recommend for hard-core computing

Chromebook was purchased June 28th and five months later the camera stopped working. I reset factory setting, power-wash and couple other recommendations and nothing worked. I would not recommend buying if you need this for Zoom meetings. After hours of research, it seems camera issues seems are a major problem with Chromebooks.

It's a great computer other than for the adapter cords to weak and tear at the end.

It's just okay, does what I need to do like web surfing and streaming. It isn't a top of the line device that has all kinds of features.

Received this computer for Christmas for my son. Really didn’t use it. But once March happened and school being closed began using it for 2 days. When we tried to power it on the third day it wouldn’t do anything. Charged it for 24 hrs and retried and nothing. Found a different charger and that didn’t work. Went to YouTube and those examples didn’t work. Can’t take it back to Best Buy because Geek Squad is not available and Best Buy is only doing curbside. Tried to contact HP but not sure what the serial number is because it’s not on the chrome book. Don’t want to believe we bought a piece of junk. Please advise

I bought this laptop for my 11-year-old to use for schoolwork and for fun. It was recommended as a great student computer. Since he is so young I wanted to set it up with parental controls so I installed Google FamilyLink which allows the parent to oversee what is happening on the computer. Later when he tried to log in to his Google Classroom account, we found he is unable to do so because google classroom is incompatible with Google FamilyLink. Why is that, they are both google products?!? In addition, many of the apps he wants to download are unavailable on the google play store such as Minecraft, Fortnite, and the Fitbit app. Basically this has become nothing but a mini TV for him to watch Netflix and that’s it.

The display screen did not even last a year. It was disappointing.
