Purchased as a Christmas present for my mother who is computer illiterate. This is an upgrade from a tablet that she used to look at her Facebook. The only thing that I would change is I wish it were a touch screen.

The computer works well, but it’s not fully compatible with certain apps for little kids. It’s greats for adults though.

I bought this laptop because of the linux capability. it's worked for me so far. I'm not sure what else you want a chromebook to do other than the usual, but this one works.

This computer is very easy to use especially for little kids but I wish the screen was a lot clearer. It’s not a hp so it’s not compatible for a teenager

Bought for son for school... it was a Christmas gift and I got a great deal from Black Friday. Deliver was a little slow but it arrived on plenty of time to give it to him for Xmas. Everything worked fine. Nice basic chrome book.

I was looking for a computerish device for a middle school student. The sales associate was very informative, clearly explaining the pros and cons of a tablet versus a Chromebook.

Bought this Chromebook for my 83 year old mother who likes to play cards and scrabble on the computer plus a little internet searching. Too early to tell because she is still learning to use it, but hopefully it will be more simple than Windows 10!

Bought this for my husband to use in his man cave. He had been using an older Kindle 7". This was inexpensive but will allow him to have access to a keyboard. Much easier than typing on the small kindle

I wasn't expecting much when I bought this laptop. I knew what I was getting for. It's a great laptop for students. Love how fast it is. It's very instant. Opening apps is fast, quick and easy. The only issue I have with this machine is that it over-heats as you use it over time. It's a pain because then it starts slowing things down. Tbh, I won't recommend it due to that reason. I've had other Chromebooks too with similar specs, but none of them ever had an issue like this.

Nice that it was lightweight but didn't do all I wanted it to and it got very hot. Couldn't see any air vents you would never be able to use to on your lap, I returned it

worked perfectly for my 4th grader. plugged in, connected to wireless, and used his school login (which is supported on google). Immediately all of his apps, bookmarks, etc worked within minutes.

I purchased this Chromebook for my son. I was thinking it would be a great start for a middle school kid to complete homework on. Turns out the Chromebook is just as good as a laptop. I got a great deal on it for Cyber Monday so that's a plus

Screen and keyboard sometimes glitches at random. Not satisfied with this new product purchase. I will not choose an HP Chromebook next time.

It is a great chrome book. During this time of distance learning it meets my sons needs the he will need for this school year. The screen is big enough for him that he doesn’t need to squint his eyes to see the screen.

Bought for my son and his online classes. It does fine but there is a bit of a lag with the video and audio. Otherwise there have been no problems and it has performed as expected.

Purchased because school is shut down. Granddaughter now has a great way to keep up with her work and get it in on time. Cell phone is much too small for Algebra problems.

I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a computer. This laptop was a great price and I was very surprised at the quality and overall value for a HP computer. I have never owned a laptop before and I am very pleased with my purchase.

It could be better! Actually its pretty good but maybe, theres some things that might’ve been better it they were fixed

This is the non-touch, sub 1080p display version. I purchased this for a family member who needs basic web browsing and email only. For those who value touch, there's a different SKU of this laptop with a better display and touch.
