Bought for my child’s school work. Perfect for that purpose. Would not recommend for more than that as it slows down a bit when trying to do multiple things at once.

HP 14" Chromebook is easy to navigate and get set up. The screen is bigger than I thought. Key board is good easy to use. The price is great for the value and Best Buy made it so easy to purchase!

We bought this in a hurry when the stay at home order came out so that one of the people in my wife's office could work remotely. It has worked as expected, was reasonably priced and nicely responsive.

Got this for my mother to replace her aged PC and she's very happy with it. She was able to figure out the Chrome OS without much trouble.

Computer is used for tracking kids school work and schedules. Easy to use for someone with limited Computer skills.

I really love my new Chromebook and use it nearly every day. I just needed something to surf the internet with and to type a few letters, do some spreadsheets, pay some bills, etc. and it is great for this!

Bought this for my kids and online school. So far it’s done great for them, they are able to do all of their work and be in video meetings with no issues

A nice simply chromebook,great for browsing the web and checking emails,only con I would say is she screen resolution isnt that great but for the price I expect that.

Doing most usage inside House. May have to contact HP regarding Caps Lock, Where is it? Just Hope God and Jesus keep it Safe, and it Works for a Long Time!

This chrome book is great for everything except for any type of video meetings. I bought it for my daughter so she can do distance learning and it works great on google classroom but as soon as she has to go on google meet or zoom, either the camera or microphone starts acting up. I would recommend spending more money on a better quality chrome book with definitely a better camera.

Product was good. It didn’t function like expected. Operating system to restrictive. Was needing more of a pc laptop.

I really like this Chromebook but unfortunately I could not use it for my Zoom classes and it didn't have enough strength for my Zoom meetings either.

I bought this for kids study in Zoom. Decent notebook for normal use and also good deal too. If you are fast Browser or multi tasks, maybe not the one.

this is the best streaming device that you can buy. it has enough memory so that you can download a bunch of apps without having issues afterwards. i highly recommend this streaming device.

Can't give an honest review since these computers were gifted to my grandchildren. But according to them, they LOVE them and are getting a lot of use from them.

Was for my husband. He isn't very techno. It took him a while to get ised to some features as he wants everything to stay the same. I think he is ok with this now

Smaller display than what I am used to. Blinking battery light is annoying at night - need to completely shut down, Other than that - good purchase.

Bought on sale for my daughter for Christmas and she didn’t want it because her school will provide one in middle school. Swapped it out for an iPad instead.

I bought this to continue distance learning throughout high school. It is intuitive and its sleek design makes it easy to fit in my backpack. I plan on using this for many years to come.
