I bought the computer for my sister for her to use at school. Since school is taking place online she needed it for when she leaves to university.

Fast chromebook, but Sharon has trouble using it. Fortunately Geek Squad is helping her.

Bought this for my fiancé since he now needs to work from home and the laptop does the job but he appreciates the Apple MacBooks more for clearer images and overall quality. It was just to help him be able to do his work from home so we didn’t expect it to be a top performing product but it is great for the price.

Nice computer..Chromebook initially was a little tough but once I got used to it I am ok. Would recommend.

would have appreciated a user manuel and more info as to what things can be done on it!

This computer was a great buy but we had to return it for a exchange due to the fact that my daughter wanted something with a dvd disc drive

Bought this for school work around Christmas time 2019 for my 7th grader. Worked well through the end of her 7th grade year, had to buy her a mouse during virtual learning in 8th grade bc the mouse pad on the computer went. Her videos were choppy, but hard for me to say if that’s the computer, the internet or zooms fault. Not even half way into her first trimester and the computer completely died. Won’t even charge. the computer gave her no indication of a problem, was working fine for homework at night and then wouldn’t power up the next morning. She’s handled it very carefully and really was only using it for school (so not during summer months). So for it to only last a year and a half stinks. Geek Squad couldn’t do anything with it and for the cost of buying a replacement battery and having it installed, I could just buy her a new laptop. And we’re not even sure it’s a battery problem. So… not the greatest.

It worked perfect using one task. But once I was doing video call and open other browsers becomes really slow.

Jarin is my loving daughter, Everyday she doing her online class by this laptop. Good product at all.

Great for the kids for virtual learning for school and virtual camps... like the larger keyboard for adult-sized hands too.

My son needed a new laptop, and he new how much I liked my Chromebook. So he decided to purchase one. He's very happy with his decision.

Somewhat frustrated with Google Drive and all the extra ads on my gmail. Some of the settings are difficult to understand.

The power of this computer is okay but you get what you pay for. Checking emails, surfing the web okay.

I got this for my 7 year old daughter to use while school was out for the pandemic and it got the job done.

I use this for work that's powered through google and runs well. This isn't exactly a work horse computer so don't expect it to move super quick but for day to day internet use or social media, it's great. I used it for face timing as well and it's a little grainy along with some video's but it plays them well and consistent so there's that.

It was suitable for my daughter's needs to surf the internet and everything else she needed on this laptop.

Good enough for basic remote work use at under $200. Under power for larger video conferencing activity.

If you do a lot on cloud and need a simple computer, this works out. Got for Cyber Monday deal. Sound not bad too.

Satisfied with the laptop it is what my kids need for there homework.

Purchased this item to use during remote instruction. Takes a little getting used to but was such a great buy, I couldn't pass it up!
