    I bought two laptops and after a few months I had to take one of the laptops to check it because the mouse didn't work. Then the other laptop had keyboard problems.

    hmmm.... all these great reviews which is why i ordered this one. i thought hp would be better than other companies. maybe it is this particular item. there are far too many problems with this and it is too late to return. i only wanted something light weight to email, shop, check headlines- simple things except it freezes and stalls and if copy and paste/search something only leads to a tab 'untitled' and a blank screen. if it were possible this product should be arrested for impersonating a laptop/chromebook. a waste of my time and money.
