    We had some issues with getting the scrolling to work correctly and ended up returning the computer. We decided that we prefer a windows computer. Did start up quickly and Best Buy is great to deal with.

    This is my second replacement. I had issues with the chrome book shutting down and problems with the mouse pad. The chrome book is working fine now I hope I don’t have anymore problems.

    Bought two . On one, the left side of “mouse pad” is slightly lower than the other, and it affects the movement/s of the cursor. Will be bringing back for Geek Squad or customer service to rectify.

    Basically a tablet with a keyboard, but all you need nowadays to check email and watch nethulumazon with an hdmi cable attached to your dumb tv

    Nothing from other OS's worked. It also ran very hot. WIFI would become unstable as it got hot. Sorry to say NEVER AGAIN Chnrome OS

    I love the laptop but all the black colors are grey. So text is hard to read and there is no fix. According to HP it’s a Normal issue. I can use it, but not for any design.

    Bought in December of 2019 with Black Friday deal.Within 3 months it got VERY hot.Had to do hard reboots a couple times then just died.HP no real help at all.You just go in circles.Now it’s a brick with 6 months left on the factory warranty.Had to replace with a different brand completely. I would avoid this and possibly all HP stuff.
