Bought it for video conferencing for school, but mic was terrible even when connected to an external mic. Other than that issue it's fine. It's basic and not fancy.

I like the the style and compact size. I'm having problems with it connecting to internet. My older cromebook doesn't have a problem. Other than that it works great.

I bought this thinking it would be great to take on travel. After I got it, I realized it would not meet my needs. I returned it.

We bought this computer before 2020 fall school year in the hopes that it would be enough for remote learning for our 3rd grader. It was not. We had to set her up with a 2 year old Acer Chromebook with an Intel Celeron processor because any kind of screen sharing or too many Zoom participants makes this HP Chromebook's audio and video unusable. Really, AMD? I expected more, even for $200.

My service was not completed satisfactorily. My TV is not working and I have no volume on any channel. Terrible service because I cannot get through to anyone to report this but the are charging me for a purchase of $249.00 which I didn’t make. Someone please contact me as soon as possible. At this point I would recommend that Best Buy stop working with Geek Squad. I, along with many friends , will start looking for TV repair people.

Its OK, but the screen is dim...not bright...you cant see it very good in a room with lighting. Maybe in a dark room it is ok. Would not suggest ..

It works for like elementary school kids. You cannot add Word or other Office programs which makes it difficult for older folks to use it.

I never used a Chromebook before, but since I started using Google docs more often than word I decided to give this platform a try using an entry level model. I hate this thing. I can't use this computer while the charger is in. If i do the thing cuts off and I have to complete a system restore. If my information wasn't saved online I would have lost everything 12 times.

Its a decent product, cpu doesent have enough memory error pops up every time during zoom meetings. Otherwise its a good product for school work

The laptop heated up after only a few minutes of use. It also just shut down in the middle of a game or video, etc. I bought this to replace my old HP Chromebook that NEVER gave me trouble until this year. I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend it to anyone. What a pain to have to return it with all that's going on with the virus situation.

Good for gaming and for everyday use. However, if your gonna spend this much might as well purchase an Apple.

I was not able to use it as I thought since it did not have the software that I needed so I returned it. It was a good product overall.

My issue is with the touchpad - otherwise fine. The touchpad is very sensitive hoovering over will activate.

I purchased 2 of these, it hasn't even been a year yet and already having some issues with the trackpad on the device.

This product is as I expected. The Chrome operating system takes some practice to get used to. Overall a pretty good computer for the money.

I like laptops with the numbers on the side. I completely understand why they give these to the kids for school. It serves its purpose.

It was difficult to connect to Zoom for my first grader and the charging cord bent easily. I would not buy this again.

It wasn't what I thought it would be..not to computer savvy but i think this would be better for kids

Laptop is decent for the price. Screen seems kinda dark but didn’t have high expectations for this considering the price paid
