I made a good decision when I bought thIs chromebook. As a senior citizen I found it very easy to get started on it. Just pluged it in and was able to start using it right away. Didn't even have to get my kids to help me. My previous computer was also a chromebook but this one is even better . Can use about 10 hrs after charging it. Love it !!

They use Google classroom at school so it is fantastic that I can buy my son his own chromebook at such a great price and he can do his homework anywhere. It's a great size, looks great, and works fast. We are utterly satisfied.

This is a great chromebook. It is everything you could possibly need and it was super affordable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a chromebook.

For a chrome this laptop is the best chrome laptop!

If you are looking for a light weight laptop with no frills this is the one for you. Perfect for web surfing. This laptop has no micrsoft office, but has a word and excell program that is compatible with Microsoft office. You will need an external hard drive because this laptop has no internal storage. Like I said if you are looking for a basic web surfing laptop this one is for you.

Simple and easy to use, performs basic tasks. Primarily used to surf the web and watch videos online. Does what I need it to do.

I decided to try a chromebook as a more flexible portable device than a tablet. A laptop is overkill for my needs. I have never been in the Google universe so it took me a couple of days to become comfortable with OS and software options. So far, I am impressed compared to a tablet for the same or more money. Good keyboard with voice typing. USB and micro sd ports. Fortunately, my canon printer was Google print capable but the setup was a bit confusing. Can't use a printer with just a simple cable connection is a short coming. With a 128 gig USB flash drive, I can access all my music, photos and videos. Sound quality with headphones or Bluetooth speaker is acceptable. Only minor weakness is the screen which doesn't have the snap or viewing angle of a good tablet. Acceptable in lower light.

Quite fast and responsive. Great screen for watching movies and getting done all that you can do with a Chromebook, which is a lot.

I bought this to replace a previous chromebook.. It does the job quite well and I love how light it is. It is very slim as well.

If you primarily surf the web or use web based applications this Chromebook is excellent. My only issue is I wish it had a backed lit keyboard.

This laptop is lightweight and easy to use. Its for someone who wants a simple, no frills computer to surf the internet, check emails, stream movies/tv.

Simple to use. Screen is wide enough for team work or games together.

I have used this for 3 years purchased new and it has served its purpose. Fast response with everything but google docs is very sluggish. No google play store access for this model yet and now updates have expired as of 0ct 2019. Will use until it is unusable and then make sure I get a laptop/tablet combo compatible with google play store.

My 11 year old loves it. It is compact and easy to navigate.

First time working with chrome book. Pleased with built quality and screen. Keyboard layout has slightly different key locations that took a bit to get used to but keys has reasonably good feel

I bought this Chromebook for my mother, she is 92 years old, after her Windows laptop went into another of its seemingly endless loops regarding the updating of virus software. She uses the internet to read USA Today, do some puzzles and exchange emails with her extended family. The Chromebook was dead simple to set-up (she was already a gmail user) and even easier to use. For straightforward internet access I doubt if there is a better solution.

Bought this computer for daughter for college - she absolutely loves it. She is a former Macbook user and an iphone user but loves using Google on this computer. The only downside is that on Google docs the formatting for MLA does not save as a document in the right format - so she has had some teacher complaints. Its a great computer for a great price and highly recommend it.
