Never had any issues with any HP product we has ever purchase.

Not easy to use printing feature. The keyboard is a great size and the chromebook is good for what it can do but it is not the same as a laptop. I love to travel with it because it is so lightweight.,

Let me start by saying that my previous laptop was my baby, never thought I'd find another, long story short my now ex boyfriend stepped on her and smashed her, I cried for hours, I looked on line and picked my chrome out because I liked the color and style, I was so impressed and excited when I opened it, realizing that I loved it more than my last. So easy to use, incredible, never thought I'd say this but he did me a favor.

The chrome book has everything a student could possibly need for school. Google drive, Docs, slides, classroom, etc. all at their fingertips and it's just amazing. The security is great, there's no pop ups or any sign of viruses. It's a great laptop.

This computer is fast and light works very well with all applications of Chromebook.

Great for basic computer user also experienced user. Easy to use and no complicated downloading needed to get started. Also virus protection included in purchase and automatically updated, so need not worry about virus protection. Furthermore windows programs are not needed since everything you need can be done and saved on Google drive.

Looking for a fairly simple user friendly laptop. My son recommended Chromebook. He was absolutely right. Staff at Best buy very helpful with questions and instrudtions.

Great school tool. The screen can crack (it happened to us) with rough use so be careful.

Nicely built and easy to operate. Battery holds a good charge.

Good computer but alittle hard to figure out how to use at first.

I bought 3 for my triplets which are in second grade. It helps them with their homework. They have to log into the schools system for some of their assignments. Also links up the the sony smart tv so what their watching on you tube can be seen on the TV. My kids figured out how to do it on their own. Best part it keeps them off my laptop.
