Not really what I wanted the camera isn't great it has no video recorder. I have download a whole other app.

I was looking for a good and small thing on a book for personal use but it didn't last much time

was very difficult for me to use so I have to returned,dont have the opportunity to used

Wish it had a desktop for icons for easier access.

Had I known then what I know now, I would have never purchased a chromebook! Way too hard to use. Research how they work if you’ve never used one before. I will never buy another chromebook. Ever. It’s essentially a tablet so it may be good for children. I could not get any of my work done on it.

Got as a gift for someone and they have used them in school and like them...

Its ok. Its be better if the contrast was easier to see.

I think it was more for little kids can't do much on it.

Don't buy this. It's not compatible w/ MS Office. All you can do is go on the Internet- that's it. Took it back.

Not good for a work computer. Lags, has restarted on me three times and I've had it for a month. Don't buy for work. Leisure, sure. Only causes frustration in times of quick need.

I purchased this unit on 2/16 and it failed with a missing or damaged OS message. Only way to contact HP was via a chat on their support website. Attempted to restore OS but message still appeared when restore completed. It has been returned to HP for repairs.

Originally I was going to buy a Macbook, but things came up so I wasn't able to afford one, so I bought this one and you just can't pass up the price. Once I saw this, the look and size reminded me of the one Macbook I was going to purchase. This laptop is easy to navigate, it works just as well as a Macbook, and the size isn't too big or too small and it is definitely a lighter weighing laptop. Most of its functions and looks are similar to a Macbook and is definitely great for my schooling.

It looks sleek and is very lightweight, and I was so excited to use it, however, I did not realized that LITERALLY the only thing you can do on this is browse the internet. You cannot download Microsoft as I initially thought, and was forced to try and use only Microsoft online which was a huge issue in trying to work on documents without internet access. A complete waste of money. You are better off getting a table...there at least you can do more than just browse the internet....

I bought this for my son, because they use this model in his school. He loves it - or rather "loved" it. After only one month's use (home only, no back pack travel), it crashed. Really hard. I researched all the website troubleshooting guides to no avail. The Geek Squad also failed to revive the patient. Back to HP it went. The good news is that they turned it around in less than a week, and it should be back this weekend. Bummed.

Had this for just over a month and it stopped taking a charge. Thought HP wouldn't have this problem. Had an Asus, same thing, sent that out appx 4 different times, wouldn't charge, problems with the power button, finally it was so bad was told repairs would cost as much as a new one, hence the "new" one......having problems with this one too. Guess will have to buy a much more expensive one..............disappointed!

Cheep quality and buttons pops out way to easy and the 2nd one screen broke from falling upside down from 2 feet above the floor

My Mom had been complaining about her PC running slowly for some time. She really just wanted to be able to check her email, surf the web, and play some games and it took so long to boot her laptop that she was getting really frustrated. I saw this unit and it seemed like a perfect fit for her. She was excited about how quickly it did everything and how light it was. She was also pleased that it only took about 5 minutes to do the initial setup. She's been using it for about 6 weeks now and is still loving it.

The power cord adapter broke within the first 30 days. No windows integration and some of the apps will not upload.

Slower than the 8 year old HP it replaces! Processor speed is horrible, and Windows 10 takes some getting used to!
