My grand- daughter wanted a laptop, she loves it !

Kids ages 10&11 use this for homework and school projects. They also enjoy it for playing games. Everyone in the family uses it and he their own account on this device.

We purchased this so that my spouse could have his own laptop to freelance from and build his resume on. If you're well versed with the Google cloud, more power to you... We were not. Trying to buy and download something as simple as Word (the actual program, not just the online version) from the Google Play store wasn't possible, even though it was there, it didn't work on the Chromebook, a laptop build around Google, we were stumped and frustrated. Needless to say the laptop went back and was exchanged for a Lenovo Ideapad 110 which was a full Windows laptop for only $30 more. Long story short, great if you just want to go online all day; bad if you actually have to work with files and transfer back and forth to other people.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It's got a nice big screen and the color is really pretty. She watches YouTube on it constantly with no problems.

Best Buy delivered a great computer in a small package at a great price. Perfect for a first computer.

Easy to setup, light to carry, great display. Very good option for primarily internet use. My 91 yr old mother uses this for her games and email surfing.

The only thing that it is lacking is the ability to allow me to watch my movies from my external hard drive. That was very disappointing.

Its a very good laptop for web browsing. But since it uses Google Chrome as its OS, I cant really do anything offline.

Bought it for my sister as a gift to replace her old Ipad, she loves it therefore I love it also.

The machine is slightly limited in the number of tasks it can do. But it is perfect for what it is designed for. My middle school daughter uses it to navigate her Google classroom. It works well.

The Chromebook has exceed expectations and has served us well for the online use (e.g. email, surfing, etc.). Couldn't pass it up for the price.

well not to familiar with the chrome...my kid is...so its really for her..she loves it - the one I got was an open box item and have not had one problem with it. just need to figure out how to download to it and where it goes..a bit different than a windows laptop.

My friends told me I needed a lab top. After talking with the sales representative at Best Buy I realized that the Chrome Book was all I needed . I use the Google Docs , watch Netflix and Internet . The Chrome Book is around $500 less than a lab top. I am thrilled !

I am enjoying this chromebook, but since it is a chromebook it doesn't do a couple of things that a computer does. For example unless you have a chromebook ready printer it is difficult to print. But overall I am happy with it.

wife recommended i get this, because i never really used all the other programs on the laptop that crashed. so i did, and this is a really nice unit for internet use only.

I use this now as my everyday web browser and take it traveling a lot too. It does all that I want and more. It is a perfect little machine for those that just want an easy straight forward computer (even if they tell you it isn't one :P ). highest recommendations

loved this laptop however it didn't work with a specific site/game that my dad likes to visit so I returned it. Otherwise felt it would have been great fit for low end user

I bought two of these Chromebooks for my twin boys who use them for their school work. All their curriculum and assignments are done through the cloud. This is a great product for a very reasonable price.
