Although this is what I wanted, a replacement for the chrome book I had prior. This one has one issue that is very annoying, it freezes up a lot. I must wait anywhere from a few seconds to a couple minutes for it to unfreeze. This drives me crazy. Never had this on my Samsung.

This performs well and looks great only problem setting up printing was a pain .half the apps wouldn't hook up to my cloud ready printer.finaly I figured it out took a week of reading forums and other annoyed posts to get it now best thing ever for my aging mother

My grand son says it works great like he expected.

I was interested in getting a tablet but didn't want to spend a bunch of money for a 10 inch screen. My wife recommended that I get a chrome book due to the price and the large screen. This chrome book is simple, easy to use and doesn't require additional antivirus software. Highly recommend!!!

I bought this laptop to use for work and documents I need. It took a little bit to switch to Google Drive and all that went along with it (I'm still learning) but I really like it. I'm able to share documents easily and I haven't had any trouble with speed. The only complaint I have is the Google Cloud Print. You have to register your printer with Google Cloud Print even if it's a wifi printer and it's a pain. Mine actually disconnected and now I can't figure out how to reconnect it. It took me 45 minutes to do it the first time and I don't want to mess with it again.

I use this for work, it's light and easy to use. It works well and keeps a charge for the whole day, even two sometimes.

This laptop surprised me. I love that the chromebook is always ready to go don't have to wait for it because it is fast. I love that i don't need virus protection. Light weight. Great for using in bed while i watch tv.

I'm a Macbook person but I bought this for my Mom. It's super fast and has a MacBook look and quality feel to it. I would purchase this again.

I like it over all. But it has no CD drive and you need an external hard drive. Overall I would recommend it for its price!

Bought this for my father-in-law while he was in the hospital. He could email with his siblings and keep in touch with his work colleagues. I'd give it 5 stars if Adobe Acrobat was available for the Chrome system.

They are using Chromebook's at my little cousins Elementary School and he needed something that was fast but also inexpensive. This product hasn't had any issues and is relatively fast compared to some Microsoft products. I am still a Apple Mac Mini and MacBook Pro user at heart and this will never be up to spec with those BUT we are talking a super low fraction of the cost. If you are looking for a book for school, something to surf the web like checking Facebook or doing small word processing stuff, then this is for you. Anything heavy then you need to get something stronger.

This Chromebook was the perfect purchase for my mother, she didn't need all the extras that come with other laptops and she doesn't like windows 10 at all. She has no complaints and is very satisfied with the speed and performance of this unit.
