This Chromebook replaced a three year old HP Chromebook. The new model has a nice no-glare screen. But the processor speed is sub-par. The only plus was the ease of acquiring files and apps from the old Chromebook.

It is ok for price and purpose of our purchase which was to be able to internet browse from various rooms in house. Screen clarity is not great and not compatible with several of my devices, such as Fitbit.

I should have done more research. You can’t do much but search the internet with this. My son was hoping to download games, but he can only do that from the playstore. It’s just a glorified smartphone.

No visible Caps button you have to do too much to get a letter capitalized which for me is very time consuming. No drive to okay cd’s, video, movies.

This was a really good chrome book until the battery started having problems. Changed the battery for a new one and lost the mouse function.

I ended up giving this laptop away to my younger nephew. It has very little capability. Definitely for starters

I was not happy to buy the HP Chromebook at $223.00 open box just to find out that Best Buy put the HP Chromebook on sale for $199.99 brand new.

My daughter likes it. She had the same Chromebook for 2 years and it died. Just died. Geeks couldn't fix it. Hope for a longer life with this one.

I didn't realize that this was a chrome book laptop therefore I can't download any apps or get any other internet source besides google chrome.

Not exactly user friendly. I am used to Google and to windows, and to save a file or to find a file is VERY hard to do. Not user friendly.

The computer is OK for browsing internet Minimal functionality You cannot code in Python or Java with it Low resolution hurts eyes bad

My coworkers ask me why did I buy the chrome book I was like its on sale didn't know I could have bought a tablet so had to take it back

Computer was very different during set up. I would likely not purchase a Chromebook again, but it is still a good machine itself.

I love these the battery life is great. I have dropped it multiple times still works, it is super light and thin enough. Best laptop I have ever used and this one was half the price of other models I have had. I also used google docs to write papers for college never needed word just save as a docs file and forward to professor and does all the same stuff for free!! This is not made for gaming but is great for what most peope do , streaming videos, shoppping, playing candy crush, paying bills etc...

Computer itself is cool, but reaseach this item because you cannot download apps. It’s basically only good for surfing the net.

It's a bird, it's a plane, nope, it's just an oversized smartphone actually it does less than a smartphone.

Beware of budget laptops like this. Super slow. More importantly, there's not enough space for Windows 10 update! So I get alert notices constantly and can't do anything about it. Apparently no space to add memory. Tempted to take a hammer to it since it's useless.

Wanted a clear screen not a matte screen. Computer itself was ok.

I didn’t lik th fact that I was not able to download anything I normally download on my computers.

The reviews online were great and the computer worked great until it was time to charge. The computer had a defect which wouldn't allow the charger to connect properly. Best buy was awesome about the return.
