does not work- screen blacks out

We returned and order a replacement. The replacement had the exact same issue so we returned that item as well. We are now trying to find a Chromebook that actually works.

Didn’t satisfy my needs

It doesn’t even have a caps lock button. So I exchanged this for a simple Lenovo laptop that was cheaper and did everything I needed it to do.

Just what I needed

If you are used to using windows (like I am), it will take a bit of a adjustment to find similar apps that meets your needs. I am happy to say, I love this Chromebook already, its easy to use & I am a college student too. This Chromebook shows you the apps that it can use & it shows you what you may be used to using on Windows (it can't use windows). So it's telling you directly where you can go, so you don't waste any time searching for compatible apps.
