Won't download apps from google play store
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this knowing this was a chromebook and not a PC like laptop. The reason I did this is because I assumed (serves me right) that I could download all the things at least that I have on my android phone. Alas - not the case. This model does not let you download most of the stuff on google play store. I can't even download an application that I use to gain remote access to my work computer that I actually have on my phone. So I am still going to have to buy another computer if I want to use it for work.

Screen issues

We charged it overnight and when we went to set it up the screen flickers and glitches. Tried to reset it and turn it off and back on and that did not help. Very poor quality and cheap for HP product.

Not enough memory
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.32 gigabytes is not enough hard drive space to do anything. You can't expect everything to be cloud base. These things catch virus no way to install antivirus everything has to be run external which slow everything down. No office or suite can even fit on this thing so everything you do you have to be online worse idea ever.

Horrible Computer!

If you are not familiar with google docs, DON'T BUY THIS COMPUTER! Simple tasks such as typing a paper in word takes hours because the system keeps rebooting. I have not had the computer a year yet. Google docs should not be required to type a paper! You should not need internet access to type a paper... im frustrated and disappointed.
