I didn't have Best Buy do the installing and set up so had a little bit of a problems but not bad. Only thing I don't like is I can't use my works VPN, have to download something to make work. I don't like that I can't add my emails that are not google. But other than above is a very good and high quality product.

I got this and it was perfect for what I needed and I would definetely recommend this for someone who just wants to surf the web. Not the best screen but pretty good for the price if I say so myself.

We bought this Chromebook for our daughter's use during her Junior high school year and have been very happy son far. Plenty of memory and function, available software, battery life and portability.

Honestly, I love my Chromebook. I bought mine specifically because I was looking for a small little computer to browse the internet and do homework on. I have a desktop and an iPad for more intensive projects, and I'm saving up for a MacBook Pro. All I really needed for now was something simple and portable, and this Chromebook does that for me. This computer does NOT work with the Google Play Store, so no Android apps on this Chromebook like on others. That's definitely one thing to keep in mind, because this computer has been on the "planned" list for what feels like forever. That being said, there are plenty of Google Chrome extensions to get you where you need to be.

Light in size and easy to take with you to class or on a trip. It does very well in transferring documents quickly thru online for my real estate work without the big price tag. Loved it so much bought one for my hubby also a year later.

Got this laptop for super cheap and it’s great! Light weight and easy to use highly recommend for someone who just wants a laptop for daily use, like for watching Netflix and paying bills
