Purchased for mother-in-law. She has never had a computer or accessed the Internet. Once she got the hang of using a keyboard versus a typewriter all seemed to go well. It helps her pass the time and stay informed with what is going on in the world. Only issue is we were unable to access her original account that we set it up with. Created another account but have not taken the time to reset the device since she is enjoying using it.

Purchased this model to replace HP Chromebook I bought 5 years ago. Chrome notified me they will no longer support that device. The keyboard on new model is missing a few keys the old model had, so having to learn get-arounds for not having DELETE, caps lock, END copy and paste, etc. Still haven't figured out what the right click on the touch pad does, or if it doesn't work. It used to show suggested words for spell check.
