Everything is good except the touchpad

I use it mostly for streaming Netflix and Prime and surfing the net so this is sufficient enough for what it is intended for. The exterior is mainly plastic but looks and weighs hefty enough. The touchpad can be a bit annoying as it requires some force to get it to click. If you are using this on a table or hard surface, I would suggest attaching a mouse through the USB port.

Ready to Go

This Chrome book has a lot of cool things. One thing is flawless updates, and different Apps that make this note book worth using as a main laptop. Everything worked like a charm. It found my printer and router for internet. You turn it on and its ready to go

Great for K-12 students

It was delivered the next day! Wow. As far as the product itself, it was perfect for my daughter's schoolwork. Her last chrome book was older and way too slow downloading work. This one has a nice big screen- 14" vs the 11.6" which means I can actually see and read her assignments. She has used it all week with no complaints. Great buy.
