Had a difficult time trying to pickup my curbside order. After the third attempt I contacted headquarters and they were extremely helpful and apologetic. Ill keep giving them my business since its probably not their fault and is a difficult time for stores right now during the pandemic.

Taking some time to get used to the chromebook and differences between it and a laptop, which I have used for years. Meets my needs, although limitations of a chromebook might not be for everyone.

I really like it, although sometimes it take a minute to connect to the internet. I really like how you can download apps from the play store. So glad I got it it's creat for online school. Thank you Best Buy.

It's different than what I am used to with another operating system. So it takes sometime to get used to. Other than that, I really like how it starts fast, and as long as there is not a glut of people on the web, I can get on to site in a flash.

Got this for my son. Some of the apps I would like for him to have arent downloadable unfortunately due to the chrome book platform but most all his learning apps are accessible so it’s good enough. Get the silicone keypad cover for it from Amazon!

Great little chromebook. Nothing too fancy but love being able to get apps on the app store. It's like having a big phone. I would spend a little more money and get a touch screen though. Other than that, great for many purposes.

This is just what I was looking for. It’s easy to use has everything I need already. Ordered online picked up in store was ready in a few hours. The process was very easy and I didn’t encounter any problems during the whole process.

Starts up fine every time and holds battery. The only issues I have is with the mouse pad and cause issues clicking on things and causes pages to shut down.

Good simple computer. Bought it for someone with minimal computer literacy bc it was the simplest most limited system I could find. But if you want a computer for more than email, don’t get a chromebook.

The best chrome book I have had in my life. Hp is a good brand their laptops lasted longer. The only con I have with this laptop is that the power button don't respond quickly. It takes a couple of push to come on

Well built, well priced, and performs well for the price. 14" screen is way better than the 11" screens common at this price point. Form factor is very similar to a MacBook Pro, in weight, thickness and size.
